1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using TendKin, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use TendKin. You must be 18 or older to use this service.

2. What TendKin is

TendKin is a care coordination platform that helps families organize tasks, share information, and communicate about caregiving. It includes AI-powered features that help with coordination and check-ins.

TendKin is not therapy, medical advice, or a clinical service. Nothing in TendKin constitutes a therapeutic relationship, a diagnosis, or medical treatment. Our private check-in feature is a coaching and coordination tool — not a substitute for professional mental health support.

If you or someone you know is in crisis, please call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or text HOME to 741741 (Crisis Text Line). For medical emergencies, call 911.

3. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account secure. Don't share your access links. One subscription covers an entire family — family members you invite get access through your subscription, not their own billing relationship.

4. Privacy

Your use of TendKin is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Key point: your private check-in conversations are not shared with other family members without your explicit consent.

5. SMS communications

If you opt in to SMS notifications, TendKin may send messages related to care coordination. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Age requirement

You must be 18 years or older to create an account. TendKin is not intended for use by minors.

7. Subscriptions and billing

TendKin offers a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required during the trial. After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your Settings page. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

8. Acceptable use

Don't use TendKin for anything illegal, harmful, or abusive. Don't impersonate others. Don't attempt to access other users' private data.

9. Limitation of liability

TendKin is provided "as is." We are not liable for decisions made based on information in TendKin, interruptions in service, or data loss. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months before the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. We'll notify you of material changes. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
